Participants requiring a visa to enter Italy may request an official Letter of Invitation from the Conference Secretariat.
Invitation letters will be issued only to participants who have either:
completed their conference registration, or
submitted an abstract for consideration.
To request an invitation letter, please send an e-mail to info@frpm2027.com including:
your full name (as it appears in your passport);
your affiliation and postal address;
your passport number, nationality and date of birth;
a scanned copy of the identification page of your passport;
the title of your submitted abstract (if applicable).
Invitation letters will normally be issued within 5 working days and sent by e-mail as a PDF document.
Participants are strongly encouraged to apply for their visa well in advance, as visa processing times may vary depending on the country of application.
The invitation letter is issued solely for the purpose of supporting a visa application. It does not constitute a commitment by the Conference organizers to provide financial support, cover registration fees, travel, accommodation, or any other expenses, nor does it guarantee the issuance of a visa. The final decision rests exclusively with the relevant Italian diplomatic authorities.
