Since the first 1987 meeting, organized in Saint Denis by Professor Bernard Martel, the FRPM series has brought together researchers working on the fire safety of polymeric materials for more than four decades.
Unlike many scientific conferences, FRPM has grown as a community-driven initiative rather than through a formal scientific society. As a result, part of its history has been preserved only through the memories and personal archives of its participants.
To celebrate the long journey of FRPM, we have assembled the list of previous editions below. While we have made every effort to ensure its accuracy, some information may still be incomplete. We warmly welcome corrections, additional details, photographs, conference programmes, proceedings, and any other material that may help preserve the history of the FRPM community for future generations.
