This temporary privacy notice applies to the FRPM 2027 registration form. An approved, complete privacy policy will replace this notice before the event.
Information collected
We collect the participant, contact, affiliation, billing and payment information entered in the registration form. For bank transfers, we also collect the uploaded payment receipt. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by FRPM 2027.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to manage event registration, confirm payment, issue or prepare receipts, communicate service information and comply with applicable accounting and legal obligations. Processing is necessary to provide the requested registration service and to meet legal obligations.
Service providers and recipients
Registration data may be processed by the event organizer and its authorized service providers, including hosting and storage providers, Stripe for card payments, Cloudflare for security verification, and Resend for transactional email delivery.
Retention and rights
Data will be kept only for as long as necessary for event administration and the applicable legal or accounting retention periods. You may request access, correction or other applicable data-protection rights by writing toinfo@frpm2027.com.
